I am kinda into geocaching and I have seen that this is the cheapest gps available. Can I add a coordinate location into without having to be at the location?
Can you track someone without their GPS being on or is this app still just b$#*? I’d like to know, don’t need any stalkers or boss knowing where I’m at, jealous ex-boyfriends, etc. I still would like to think we have a little left privacy in the United States.

My husband and I have been together for 6 years; I am 25 and he is 32. I am a stay-at-home wife by choice; we don’t have any kids, but my husband makes enough for me not to work and he said it was my decisios; so I chose not to work.
My husband works at some company that requires security clearance, so he’s not even allowed to tell me what he does at his company, but he has a master in electrical engineering and he’s always inventing weird gadgets and robots at home so I think it’s some really high level stuff.
Well, about three years go he was working around the clock and I never saw him and I was lonely, so I started to chat with people on the internet. Well one thing lead to another and I ended up cheating on him, multiple times with multiple people. It was as if I lost complete control of myself. My guilt finally forced myself to come clean. I honestly thought he would end it right there. But he found it in his heart for forgive as long a I promised it would never happen again. He even rearranged his schedule so we could spend more time together.
Well; last year he had to go to Washington DC for 6 months for his job. Once again, I got bored and lonely and started to chat with people, and again.. I didn’t mean for it to happen the first time; but once I did I was out of control again. He came back and I didn’t say anything; but it was eating me up alive. I finally told him last month.
I love him more then I can describe; I don’t know why I did what I did. I would die without him. I begged, pleaded with him to forgive me and give me another chance. He didn’t say much; he said he was going to rent a hotel room for a few weeks and would get back to me, he asked that I didn’t contact him until he was ready to talk to me.
I gave him his space, and three weeks later he called me and said he would take me back on one condition.
He told me that he designed a high-tech electrical full body size Chasity belt. He said he equipped it a GPS and a cellular phone; it has a electrical lock that can not be unlocked with him calling the phone and providing a password. He said the GPS could track me where ever I go, and he added a tamper alarm that will call him if I attempted to remove it by force. He said that I would have to wear it anytime I am not with him; if I wanted to go to the bathroom I would have to call him so that he would have to unlock it; and that I would have to put it back on as soon as I was done. He said it would not be seen under my clothes, but it would cover my crouch, butt and breasts and shy of cutting the straps with wire cutters it could not be removed without being unlock. He even said it’s programed to page him if I leave the house; so that I would have to call him and get permission to leave. He lastly added that he could even send an electrical shock to me remotely if he wanted.
In addition to that he said he was canceling my cell phone; putting a digital recorder on the home phone, and a key board tracker on the computers.
He said that I would have to wear the belt for five years, and at that time if I could prove that I could be trusted he would allow a probationary period to prove it.
I really love him and don’t want to loose him, I can’t believe I did what I did. But to wear a belt like that; it would control me completely. I don’t know if I could stand that, but I don’t know if I could stand loosing him… What should I do?
My sister is in a really bad predicament. Her husband has kind of just gone crazy… It’s been like this for a while, but because of space and length, I’ll give the most recent incident. She stopped to talk to a friend the yesterday in a parking lot as she was leaving a restaurant and my brother-in-law pulled up immediately and accused her of cheating. He left and when he got home, he really hurt her arm and vowed to kill her if she doesn’t stay with him. He’s supposed to have a house of his own, but told her she was not allowed to change the locks on "their" house because it was still in his name. He told her if she goes to the cops, she’s dead. He has a GPS on her vehicle, tracker on her cell phone. He follows her everywhere and has other people follow her when she came to visit me out of town. He’s shut down all the accounts she was on, including bank accounts, gas and other credit cards, and even her business account that was between her and my other sister to keep her from having money. He’s a smooth talker, he knows his laws very well. I know he has been diagnosed with OCD and anxiety, but I’m almost positive he’s also manic depressive. My brother-in-law says he’s above the law, and so far he’s proved right. He told her that he is going to hurt everyone, family included, unless she stays with him. They have two children, and he has gone to both of their activities and shut them down completely. My nieces are terrified he’s going to kill my sister- they were there the night he had a shot gun to her head. SO! My question is this; Is there anyway I can help? Can I call law enforcement or an attorney for her? I want my nieces and my sister out of that crap.
He did something to her wrist. I don’t know if it’s broken or a sprain, and I don’t know if there are bruises. I live about 2 hours from her….so I’m not sure how she :looks:, but I know she is in the "I give up" stage and pretty much just tired of fighting. I’m afraid she’s going to give in and just let him kill her.
She’s in a large city. I’m not sure o GPS tracking laws, so I’m going to look in to it for her. Thank all of you so much.
