i have a problem with logmein.com, kinda personal?
hey every1 i really needed help with a problem, see my dad is always bitchin on me. no joke. he has a tracking device and everything on my phone. i need to know if i have logmein.com can he check everything i am doing. cuz i started using this old labtop we have and forgot about and i don’t think he remembers it and it doesn’t have logmein.com can he still see everything as in my messages with other ppl? does it have to be downloaded onto the computer for the person to see the desktop screen? cuz he is really nosy and its pissing me off! ya plz reply ASAP.

Generally speaking if Logmein Hamachi isnt installed on that laptop he does not have immediate access to your desktop/laptop. However with a little creative thinking if your dad realizes you are using that old machine from home he can use your homes IP address and get in without Hamachi. At this point I would think you are relatively safe from Poppa’s prying eyes.

LogMeIn Free (not Hamachi) works by YOU installing it onto a computer YOU want to access. If no one else has your LogMeIn account login details, NO ONE else can access that machine using LogMeIn Free.
